Reflecting on 2025: Our Year in Review

With 2025 ending swiftly, all of us at Homestead Funding are looking back on the year. When we think back on the year, we’re proud of the things we’ve accomplished and ways we’ve continued to grow. It all comes back to our main mission of providing home financing solutions with exceptional customer service.

Helping Communities, One Hand at a Time

We live in the same areas we do business. Our community outreach reflects on our company philosophy of putting people first. In addition to participating in 6 major events with Homestead’s Helping Hands, we joined business partners to volunteer for Sleep in Heavenly Peace, a national organization dedicated to building, assembling, and delivering suitable beds and bedding to children and families in need. We also participated in the American Cancer Society’s Real Men Wear Pink initiative with local realty partners to raise awareness for breast cancer.

• American Heart Association’s Heart Walk
• CDPHP’s Corporate Challenge
• Regional Food Bank’s Hunger Appeal
• Toys for Tots toy drive
• Special Olympics’ 2025 State Fall Games

More Financing Solutions for Borrowers

Our programs expanded to include bridge loan options, a HELOC, and location-specific programs to better assist more borrowers. In addition, we added 16 new Loan Originators to our sales team, formed new partnerships with local banks, and relocated our Rochester branch to reach more customers. Sales Impact and Reach

At our annual Sales Summit, the Homestead Funding Sales Team learned action items for building and maintaining partner networks, new technology being implemented in our home financing process, and new social strategies.

Looking Forward to a New Year

Each year, Homestead Funding learns new ways to best serve our borrowers and their home financing needs. As the year draws to a close, we extend a sincere thank you to our employees, Loan Originators, partners, and borrowers for another incredible year. We’re all looking forward to what 2026 will bring!
