Jason E. Young

Jason E. Young is a Licensed Loan Originator for Homestead Funding. Originally from Westchester County, NY, he’s called the Capital District “home” after attending SUNY Albany in 1988.

Jason has been in the mortgage industry for nearly 20 years. He has earned a spot in Homestead’s President’s Club annually since 2012. He considers himself to be an advocate and advisor for his clients. He works constantly to educate his clients on what’s important to them.

Outside of loan origination, Jason is passionate about music and has won several awards in the music industry. He has entertained thousands of people spanning a 30-year performance career. He can typically be found playing or attending concerts around the Northeast. He enjoys yard work, gardening, fishing, and the New York Yankees. Nothing beats sitting by the pool with his wife and daughter. Jason currently resides in Colonie, NY.
