Lisa Smith Fortin is a Licensed Loan Originator for Homestead Funding. She has been in the mortgage industry for over thirty years. Lisa works hard to educate her borrowers from the very beginning of the qualifying process, ensuring they’re as confident as can be. Lisa does business in the same area she lives and loves helping homebuyers find the home of their dreams.

When she isn’t writing loans, Lisa is involved in her community. She is a member of the Delmar Rotary and supports various charities, including Best Buddies, Special Olympics, and the Center for Disabilities and Living Resources. She lives in Slingerlands with her husband David, daughter Molly, and dogs Lucy and Sadie.
