He loves to work with first time homebuyers and participates with the Homes for Heroes Program, a nationwide network of business and housing specialists aiming to give back to firefighters, EMS, law enforcement, military, healthcare professionals, and teachers. From 12/5/2023 to 12/5/2024, Rich was ranked number one in New York for Hero Impact by Homes for Heroes.

With over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry, he combines his previous experiences in real estate sales and marketing to provide exceptional service to all his borrowers, tailoring a mortgage to their needs and wants. He creates personalized action plans for borrowers, aiming to increase their confidence and understanding of the home financing process.

Rich is passionate with finding creative financing solutions for clients with complex situations. His ability to stay up to date on the current complexities of mortgage lending and marketing strategies for real estate & technology have made him an essential resource for homeowners, attorneys and realtors.

When Rich isn’t helping his borrowers, he can be found spending time with his family, either grabbing a family meal or relaxing down by the shore with his wife and children. He was born and raised in Yorktown Heights, NY, where he and his family still call it home.
