Aletha A Cummings

Aletha Cummings is a Loan Originator with Homestead Funding. She grew up in Upstate, New York and relocated to Greenville, North Carolina in 2019 with her husband and son. They built a new home and settled into the community nicely. She is focused on building lifelong relationships with her business partners and borrowers.  

Aletha has been in mortgage banking for over 3 decades, holding various positions. Being well versed in all aspects gives Aletha an advantage over her competitors. She is passionate about helping her borrowers become educated, confident buyers. She works diligently to find the best loan option for their individual needs and home ownership goals.

Outside of work Aletha can be found exploring all ENC, Eastern North Carolina, has to offer with her family and friends. She especially loves visiting a local brewery, taking day trips, or trying a new local restaurant.
