My name is Janet Harder and welcome to my webpage! I have been in the mortgage industry since 1997. I began working at Homestead Funding in the Operations Department and twelve years later I am back as the Assistant Branch Manager in the newly opened Delmar Branch. Throughout my years of learning the mortgage business I have experienced the ups and downs of the market. The one thing that always remained constant has been my dedication to providing excellent customer service. Servicing the needs of you, my customer, is my number one priority.
