Jessica Brate is a Licensed Loan Originator for Homestead Funding. She has proudly been in the mortgage business for over two decades. Whether a person is buying their first home or upgrading to their ultimate dream home, Jessica promises to be there from the first step of getting pre-qualified to after closing.

She is driven by her desire to help people and describes herself as patient and responsive. She takes the time to answer questions and guide her clients through the process. Her goal is to take the stress out of the mortgage process and become your lender for life.

When she isn’t assisting borrowers, Jessica values time volunteering for her local community with her husband and two children. They also enjoy the performing arts, spending time outdoors, traveling, and spending time with her large, extended family.
