Born and raised in Fishkill, New York, Michael Mazzuca Jr. is a Loan Originator for Homestead Funding’s Hope Well Junction branch. He admires Homestead’s reputation of compassion towards customers and employees alike.

Always willing to help, Michael prides himself on his social skills and the vast network he has built throughout the Hudson Valley and across social media. He treats his customers with the same respect and attentiveness that he would like to be treated.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from SUNY New Paltz as well as a Business Administration degree from Dutchess Community College. Before working at Homestead, Michael held various roles in the banking industry for over 20 years including Business Banker, Commercial Lender and Business Development, and VP of Business Development.

Michael is a proud board member and secretary for The United Way of Dutchess-Orange Region. He is also a board member for the Vassar Hospital Foundation. When he’s not working at Homestead, Michael is a wildlife and nature photographer. He also enjoys quality time with family and friends, fishing, hiking, and skiing.
