With mortgage rates low throughout much of 2020, we helped so many more families achieve their home financing goals. We continued to offer exceptional customer service through individualized attention to each borrower’s unique needs, and we did it safer than ever. We moved most of our team to remote working, and everyone worked hard to contribute to an efficient, smooth process, despite the challenges and the enormous increase in business.
In an uncertain time, we are so thankful that we were able to not only provide safe options for our employees to continue working, but we were also able to bring on so much new talent and provide jobs to many people. We supplied jobs to almost 100 people, giving them the opportunity to enjoy a safe and fulfilling position.
Employee health and safety has always been of the utmost importance to us. That’s why we were quick to send our workforce to work from home, providing them with the necessary equipment and accommodations for making the transition to remote working as easy as possible. We are so proud of the adaptability of our employees who adjusted while being as productive as ever. We couldn’t be more grateful to have such a flexible, hardworking team.
In 2020, we adjusted to the challenges of a pandemic by implementing COVID-19 safety measures and working to keep our team and our borrowers healthy. We also upgraded our technology and efficiencies to create a more seamless process for our borrowers. With the launch of a new mobile app, an easy-to-use website, and more useful tools, our ability to provide convenient home financing was only strengthened, and our team was able to make home financing possible as well as safe and simple for so many families during a challenging period.
