Dan Aminoff has over 29 years of experience in the mortgage finance business.  He started his career in California in Retail residential lending and over the years has managed production in all channels of the business, including Multi-Family, Wholesale, and Correspondent Lending.  Dan has been lending in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area for over 13 years.

Dan joined Homestead Funding Corp. in November of 2009.  Prior to Homestead, Dan was with JPMorgan Chase for 2 years.  Prior to Chase, Dan spent 5 years with Washington Mutual in Alexandria, Virginia. 

Dan is a subject matter expert in the field of residential lending and serves on the Board of Governors for the Mortgage Bankers Association of Metropolitan Washington.  He holds the Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association of America.

Dan has become a leader in the mortgage industry by using his vast experience to ensure that each client’s mortgage needs are incorporated into their overall financial plan.  Whether it is your first home, second home, or an investment property, Dan will work with you to provide the best financing options currently available.

Dan is a graduate of the University of California, Davis, where he earned a BA in Economics and International Relations.  He is a college football official and enjoys travel.  Dan resides in Alexandria, Virginia, with his wife Julie and their two children.
